NEW STUDY SHOWS BIG INCREASE IN CONSUMER AND BRAND SOCIAL MEDIA INTERACTION IN BRAZIL
Online interaction between consumers and businesses is intense, and growing. In this survey made exclusively with young web and social media "heavy users,” 74% follow brands on Facebook and 86% believe that social networks can help companies find innovative solutions.
Perhaps counterintuitive, the number of users willing to praise companies on social media is as large, or larger, than the number of users committed to showing their dissatisfaction with brands.
