Paulina Sierra is VP Group Director of Brand Communications at JeffreyGroup Mexico, with over 12 years of experience in Marketing, Public Relations, and Influencer Marketing. Throughout her career, she has developed and led comprehensive communication strategies for some of the world’s most influential brands in lifestyle, gastronomy, wellness, tourism, and beauty, working with companies such as Amazon, Bacardí, Coty, Disney, Marriott, PepsiCo, PlayStation, and Unilever, among others.
Now in her seventh year at JeffreyGroup, Paulina has strengthened her leadership in the industry, overseeing communication programs at both local and regional levels, with a focus on reputation building, strategic positioning, and key message amplification. With over eight years of experience in Influencer Marketing across Mexico and Latin America, she has established herself as a key reference in designing innovative and high-impact campaigns.
A Marketing graduate from Universidad Iberoamericana, Mexico City, she has been recognized with an Effie Award and two SABRE Awards in recent years for outstanding food and beverage campaigns with Bacardí and Tequila Patrón. Her strategic approach and ability to create meaningful connections between brands and audiences have been pivotal to the success of her projects.
