Throughout her career, Karla has conceived and implemented innovative corporate reputation and brand communication programs, working closely with senior management to manage effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Her leadership in corporate communications departments has equipped her with a unique strategic vision, addressing both the communication needs of companies and their business objectives.
Karla is passionate about fostering the development of other women. In recent years, she has served as a mentor to more than 20 women in the industry and has led high-performing teams, continuously raising the standards.
