Natalia is Managing Director, Latam Regional
Natalia Montoya serves as the Managing Director for the Latam Regional operation at JeffreyGroup. In this role, Natalia is responsible for overseeing regional coordination teams that develop and implement programs and services across multiple countries in Latin America. These programs and services encompass various aspects such as corporate positioning, thought leadership, integrated communications strategies, regional partnership development, and issues and crisis management.
With over 15 years of experience in strategic communications, Natalia has worked with prominent companies in industries including tourism, pharmaceuticals, food and beverages, technology, entertainment, and beauty. Before assuming her current position, she held the role of leading the Consumer Engagement practice at JeffreyGroup Mexico.
Natalia holds an MBA from EGADE Business School in Mexico and a major in Communication from Universidad de Medellin in Colombia.
