An internal survey by JeffreyGroup of Janssen leaders in Latin America showed a demand for broader strategic information and exchange of experience and this led to training courses being developed and provided for employees in Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Venezuela and Argentina to ensure greater awareness of the importance of communication. To facilitate team integration and internal information-sharing, JeffreyGroup created the Janssen Regional Portal hosted on a company Intranet. The portal is produced and managed by the agency and is updated weekly with texts, photos and videos. Current average usage shows more than two thousand page views each month.
