JeffreyGroup has been the agency of record for Marriott International in Latin America and the Caribbean since 2016. The company’s 2017 merger with Starwood Hotels and Resorts resulted in a portfolio of more than 240 properties spread across 19 brands in 30 markets, as well as a complex grid of public relations stakeholders and strategies. Together with Marriott leaders, we streamlined the communications function and introduced a cohesive structure supported by a series of creative brand, corporate and property-level activations. Our work focuses on promoting destinations, hotels and travel experiences across the region.
